A peer practice session is a 90 minute session with a peer who is also interviewing for a similar role and company.

For the first 45 minutes - you will interview your peer based on his/her requirements, and provide feedback.

In the next 45 minutes - you'll be interviewed by your peer and receive feedback.

After the session is completed, you'll both receive written feedback and a "hiring decision" from each other.

It's a 1 hour and 30 minutes session where each of the participants interview each other and give feedback.
