* Situation: To develop a dashboard for a particular set of users, which
   included executives.

* Challenge: There were too many stakeholders providing inputs, and too many
   problems to solve.

* Action: I collaborated with the Design team in my organization and led a
   Design Sprint which involved key stakeholders or at least their
   representatives. It was a 4-5 day workshop (3-4 hours each day). We achieved
   the following:
   
   * Understood market trends for the problem we were solving
   
   * Talked through user research that the UX team had done, thus revealing what
     users wanted
   
   * Laid out various problem statements - using the "how might we" methodology
   
   * Prioritized a few problem statements - by voting, based on the business
     impact the problem statement had, and the urgency of the problem
   
   * Selected one user for MVP - the executive
   
   * Walked through the user journey
   
   * Agreed on MVP and also hand-sketched a series of screens together
   
   * Agreed on MVP timeline

* Result: Bringing multiple stakeholders together really helped our team align
   our values with the larger organization and come to a common understanding of
   what should be built. The MVP was agreed upon and we went ahead to build it.
